Seattle Clinical Research Center Relocating To New State-Of-The-Art Facility

SEATTLE, WA – Seattle Clinical Research Center (SCRC) is thrilled to announce our upcoming move to a new location, effective April 1st, 2024. The new facility is custom-built to accommodate our expanding operations and provide an enhanced environment for conducting cutting-edge multi-specialty Phase I-IV clinical trials.

Our 11,500 sq ft state-of-the-art clinic features:

• 6 exam rooms and 5 intake rooms

• 6 long-stay recliners

• 6 overnight beds and polysomnography equipment

• Full Laboratory

• Including refrigerated centrifuges and laminar flow hood

• Secure and controlled temperature environments for investigational drugs, including vaccines and specimens

• Medical grade vaccine fridge with 24/7 temperature monitoring

• -20° C and -80° C freezers

• Designated monitor rooms with copy and scanning capabilities

Our new facility, conveniently located at the intersection of Seattle’s Historic Pioneer Square, Chinatown International District, First Hill (“Pill Hill”), and the Central Business District, offers excellent access to major highways such as I-5 and I-90. With various public transportation options, including light rail, Amtrak, bus, and streetcar stops within 0.5 miles, participants have easy access. Our location boasts a Walk Score of 98 and a Transit Score of 100, making it easily accessible to participants from across the region. Dedicated free parking is available on-site for added convenience.
